hi i'm saturny! i have been in the gaehive since september/october [i'm sorry my memory isn't too hot] im a minor i am plural/a system! EST timezone, i am usually online from 5pm-9pm on weekends and 4/5pm-7/8pm on weekdays. i think i'd be a good manager because i try as much as possible to be fair and not start unnecessary arguments. i also like responding to a lot of people and making sure they feel included. i can control my temper effectively as well so that i don't lash out at anybody. downsides to me being a manager: i can be blunt and annoying sometimes without meaning to, not easily recognizing when im being too much. i can be a bit nervous when talking to new people and sometimes its difficult to differentiate between a troll and a normal person for me. i want to be a manager because i want to make the gaehive a better place! sometimes i see people saying things about the mod team that could be improved and i want to be part of the improvement. this community is very dear to me and i want to make it as safe for everyone as possible. what sets me apart from other candidates is my ability to at least try and get along with other people despite the occasional bout of anxiety. i want to always include people and make sure they dont feel left out. i can keep my cool in situations and can at the very least *learn* the steps necessary to control gaehive when there are things like raids or trolls or rulebreakers. i think what being a manager of gaehive entails is a lot more of responsibility but it is worth it! it also helps with leadership skills and making everyone, or as many people as possible, feel accepted in the gaehive. you also have to make sure to be respectful and not afraid to kindly remind others when they break the rules! i reccomend @BetterKeepCalm for one. i have seen them around the hive and he is always very kind to others and reminds them to follow the rules. they're mature and level-headed and it'd be great to see them as a manager. i also recommend @Kunimaocode . he's always really nice to the members and cheerful , not often breaking the rules or bringing negativity in and respecting everyone else in the hive.
