Spent so long trying to title this is almost forgot to post it (!!!BL00D! QUITE A BIT OF IT!!!) (VSMP EP 8 SPOILERS BELOW) Here you go. Finale was mostly?? Ok??? Pyro and Owen died (they deserved it and didnt at the same time, its complicated) and Ren and Martyn died (noooooooooo they didnt deserve it) and so did Legs (but it was necessary for everyone else's survival so I dont see a way of getting out of that) But! Shelby and Drift got their happy ending (+ Scott who is an enigma of a person) and i mean, they visit Avid's grave EVERY YEAR. ofc theyre gonna know when he comes back. So the actual art piece! We got hopeful endings (in MOST povs) so I made angst :) Shelby and Avid.... guys im so normal about them (I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD MENTION THIS IS NOT INTENDED AS A SHIPPING PIECE. but i mean, also take it however you want) For the actual art: poses were very fun. I loved doing Shelby's expression- I'm going to be honest? Im not sure im happy with it? I've been feeling rather unsatisfied with the way I do my lining on rendered pieces. I might change that. Oh and im also bad at rendering. Please someone teach me how I am so bad at it is embarrassing If you click there is a second version in which, as an experiment, I covered the entire drawing with a layer on color burn. I didnt LOVE it but it made Avid look horrifying so I felt I should keep it in here lol
