This project will not load in Scratch, you need to use Turbowarp. https://turbowarp.org/1243576667 Arrow keys and enter on the OOBE, just type on the terminal. The terminal is a fairly minimal Bash/sh interpreter written in an extension. For command usage, just look it up or something.
