Just wanted to have some fun ig [[PRESS SPACE]] (Have audio on btw) One thing is that the NEO version can actually speak. (They'd sound like Neo Metal Sonic) Also, their personality changed in the NEO version. They are mostly now more robotic, so they feel less sympathetic and instead colder. I'd think of this form as something Non-Cannon / A whole new character, as NEO's lore would be altered as to who helped him get his arms. Song- DEAD OR ALIVE - V2
