DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE By requesting a design from me, you agree to these terms. DESIGN OWNERSHIP AND USAGE ⇾ All designs are for exclusive use in TSS Roleplay ( https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/34696675/ ) ⇾ Off sight usage requires written permission. ⇾ You may not resell the design for profit unless told otherwise ⇾ If a design is returned to me (whether voluntarily or via violation of these terms), it will be rehomed via public raffle ⇾ Please be sure to credit me ACTIVITY AND RETENTION RULES ⇾ If the designed character is killed/retired within 2 months of creation the design must be returned ⇾ Designs unused for 3 months will be reclaimed and raffled unless I’m notified in advance. (Example: "Hey, I’m busy but still want this!") END NOTES ⇾ In general be respectful to me and others ^^
