Note: if Amethyst were canon in my RHG written universe, when she goes to the "unknown" state where her eyes go jet black, it'd mean she lost sight of her own soul briefly. Jet black only happens when a being loses their soul/consciousness in despair, normally people never come back from that, so Amethyst would be special because apparently she can...? according to my knowledge. But that's only if she's in my universe.
