Souls help every 20 seconds Patience - lowers movement speed Kindness - heals for 10 health Justice - Makes bandages spawn faster and bombs/enemies spawn slower Bravery - Gives a 10 health boost temporarily and then takes away 10 health, if you are under 10 health you gain 10 health instead.
