uhh you gotta use your speake- i mean microphone tell me what sounds i should add to add a sound, you need mix stereo or something similar, the sound itself and an image for it (image is optional) click sound setup, type in your sound name and play the sound that you have (note: use offline scratch, also dont play your sound using it, play your sound using something else), it will setup everything automatically, dont forget to import your (image and) sound into sound setupper and name them what you typed in sound setup
