This is Medicinal guardsmen Corp, it is just medic infantry with 3,000 troops in total(and yes it is smaller than the minimum but the whole point of it is that they are small and act as medics and reinforcements), the bare minimum amount of troops. It brings 114,200,000 people. it is set up into threes as a reserve during a battle if one flank is needing reinforcements it will send 1 thousand they are used as combat medics/ infantry making retreats or rescue/enforcement operations there specially, they are heavily trained in combat medicine and combat, and they are other deployed with the marines.the reasons there ant split up into smaller groups is not how they fight they are in a large group so they can protect them self in a retreat or a rescue/ these are rarely used
