I'm bored and again, didn't have anything else planned." --------------------------------------------------------- Wow. It's already been 5 Years, huh. Honestly, I didn't have much planned for this... Man, It's crazy to think that 5 years ago today, I was scrambling on my school computer, rushing to make a new account due to my old school account getting disabled. It was weird coming up with a name, in those few minutes I decided I didn't wanna stick with my usual username at the time, which happened to be Duckman for some reason. I remember I put quite a bit of thought into it somehow. I liked Wolves so we started with that, then an underscore, then a 4 letter another word that started with F to make a pattern with the last letter of Wolf. Somehow I ended up with "Fine" sounding, well, fine. And well, here we are. I've stuck with it for the past 5 years. Again, I sadly didn't have a plan for anything big for this. I've been behind on schoolwork a lot and I've been doing quite a lot of other things as well, it didn't really occur to me this would be coming up so soon until more recently. Instead, I'm just gonna talk about a bunch of stuff here because why not. I feel kind of disappointed that I haven't made more stuff over the last 5 years. Just Scratch wise I haven't made anything really notable this year at all. Although outside of Scratch it's honestly been one heck of a year for me. Entire middle school had to change stuff around due to it literally being structurally unstable, played a lot of new games that I'll probably love forever, participated in a huge national competition with a crazy vacation, and moved into high school where I had to make a lot of new friends which I've gotten to really enjoy hanging out with. Probably one of my most notable years yet. Though that being said, I still just haven't done much on scratch. I wish I had gotten to do more here, but I guess just laziness got to me or I moved on from ideas too quickly. I've used scratch for a lot of things over the year, mostly art and little doodles, but I haven't actually made many full projects. I hope to do more in the future. I actually have quite a few really cool ideas for things, although a lot of them are for things outside of Scratch. Along with those ideas, I have wanted to get into more complex things, like actual game engines outside of Scratch, or real art programs. I haven't really put the effort into actually starting those things for real yet, but they've definitely been in the back of my mind. That being said, I again still do want to do a lot of stuff on Scratch still, and hopefully I'll get something out in December, but for now I feel like it's just been like a long Hiatus, despite me still quite active on here. I got distracted while writing this and forgot what I was talking about honestly lol. That little creature on the right? Their name is Ploob. I haven't really done much with them yet except for have them as my Profile Banner for a while. They were gonna be in the Shananigan RPG but I'm not sure how that's going. I have them planned to be in something big in the future outside of Scratch but for now they're just gonna be a silly creature that features in a couple of my projects. Not really sure what else to talk about. I guess it's just been a crazy 5 years, even if I haven't done much. You pals at the Shenanigan Dimension have really been fun to hang out with, and I'll probably never forget y'all. Scratch has been an amazing experience and I'm glad I found myself in a community that I have fun it. I'm not planning on leaving much soon, of course. Again, I still have quite a few things I wanna do on here, but I just wanna say thanks for everything you guys have done. It's been real fun. Music is from A Hat in Time. That's also what the Hat and Umbrella on the left are from, since I didn't really know what else to do. Looking back from when I chose the music yesterday, I'm not sure I chose such a slower and peaceful track for this. I added the more upbeat version to play right after though because why not.
