At the Red River tribe, influential revolutionary general Alexei and leader of Tuqhui Rew have met. They exchanged words about the art of warfare and politics, and fraternized informally. This has led to a greater understanding of eachother's countries, and has likely created a de-facto alliance, and likely the pursuit of a de-jure one.
