Its finally out guys! Yippee! A little late, I know, but its out! A DTA stands for Draw To Adopt. How it works is that if you would like to win one of the drawings shown in the project, you have to redraw them in your style, and then remix the project with your version of the character. Whoever's drawing I like best for each OC wins and gets ownership of the character.
