this is Dray (short for Dracula but no one actually knows that) he is the head of M.W.E (magical weapons equipment) basically he makes weapons based on someones special abilities. he has his own ability as well. he's technically immortal (y'know unless he's killed by Skolla the god of time, life, and death but they don't do their job quiet right) he gains more strength, speed etc by draining a persons life force or bl00d. last but not least he can borrow peoples powers for a limited amount of time. he really only uses that power when making weapons so he can understand what the person needs in a weapon. he lives in the same world as Viper (skullfox mentioned in another DTAE)
