Tornado Man is a Robot Master built by Dr. Light, and his weapon is Tornado Blow. A.I.: Makes Tornado Blow attack with his arm and they speed up moving upward, can do this in the sky or on ground. Speed Gear: Moves to each side of the arena to summon lots of tornados that move a bit faster, very difficult to dodge.
