- Hello!! My name on here is Misty and I love K-pop, writing and reading. I especially love writing free verse poems and use them to cope with emotions. I have been a member since the start of this year, but have been pretty active. i do quite often just say what's on my mind and that can end badly, but it's getting better. - I'm in the age range of 12-16 and I'm in the AWST timezone and I'm often online between the hours of 8:00 AM AWST to 9:00 PM AWST - I would be a good manager because i am good at organising things, and I have good leadership skills. I can deal with constructive criticism and I am always trying to improve. If there is an argument or drama, i am good at settling things and diffusing things without offending one side. I am active enough on Gaehive to be able to know what is going on and can talk to people. I can also deal with stress and work well under pressure. - I feel like it would be pretty stressful and it would be hard for me to remember my responsibilities but I would try my best. Also, sometimes the criticism might make me feel a little bit bad but other than that, there's nothing else. And the fact that I am very blunt so might seem rude at times. - I really want to be a manager because I love helping people and I feel that it would give me the opportunities to help improve my personality and skills in general. It would also mean that i would get to know some of the people in Gaehive better, which would be awesome. - Honestly? There's nothing much that makes me stand out from all the other candidates. Although I do care a huge deal what happens to the people on here and would do my utmost best to be as amazing a person as I can be. Also, I am always open for venting and have helped people through some struggles before. - I would try and get people to follow the rules more, I know it's hard but useful. I would also maybe try and keep it as inclusive and helpful as it is, because sometimes it feels like it's not so helpful (not because of the people on here, don't get me wrong, I plat love everyone on the hive and you're all wonderful people) - I think being a manager means to try your best and try even harder than that to be kind to everyone, to help settle whole-hive arguments and/or dramas. Being a manager also means trying your best to be as active as possible and getting to know a lot of people and their preferences so you can help it to be fit for everyone. - would be a really great manager. He is really funny and responsible too - a great combination and yeah, I just think he'd be great at it. - Hilda is really funny, is a great leader and she has applied to be manager before, which means that she would have a lot of experience with this. GAH I wrote SO MUCH that's crazy. Oh well, hope you had fun reading this <333 -- Misty
