Monsuta Ningen follows a boy named Toro, who gets bullied for being fat. When he tells his brother about it, he tells him to workout. When he finally does workout, he loses no weight at all, and people still bully him about it. One day, while he is on a run, with all of the pressure of his social life, the bullying, and the grades (which he has a ton of F's), he passes out on the sidewalk, but when he wakes up, he feels weird. Something possessed him. Every time he holds a toothbrush now, he turns in to this monster that has abs like Sukuna, and he is probably as strong as him too. The story then progresses on from there.
