Here I attempt to describe a theoretical chatroom that is "Scratch-nationalistic" and that considers the Scratch Team to be its only legitimate authority. The chatroom is "a place for Scratchers to hang out and talk with each other," the word "Scratchers" being used to emphasize the "Scratch spirit" of the chatroom. It has a minimum amount of rules, each rule being justified by an official Scratch rule or statement from the Scratch Team. It is a studio, not a profile, since in the case of the latter the owner would be able to delete any comment and thus would have too much power. There would be no managers, since the only authority ought to be the Scratch Team; and the owner, while technically an authority (they can delete the studio, close the comments, et cetera), would take care to minimize their appearance as one: they would never close the comments section, they would never accept any curators so as to avoid being an arbiter of "true" membership, and they would only remind people of the rules by quoting official Scratch rules with the fact of their quoting official Scratch rules made forefront in their quotations (to emphasize the fact that they are not rules from the owner but rules from the Scratch Team).
Note that I am only describing a thing, not prescribing that all things be like a thing.
