this is a very badly made menu test controlled using the microbit V1 or V2. Like actually the codes REALLY bad sorry also you HAVE to use scratch link for this . Sorry linux users wine sadly does not work with scratch link :( this was kinda just a test for using the blocks UPDATE : the new wine patch lets you run it :D
