Backrooms 100% Pen (dont ask why theres video sensing, im trying to remove the extension) Remember to look around your screen to see if theres an Evil eye there, if you watch them for a little bit they will go away and give you 1 almond. To Refill Sanity you need 5 almonds and you click on the Refill Sanity button which takes away 5 almonds and gives you 50 sanity in return!
