Gone Burnt to the ground Silver blue paws slowly made their way over the remains of mossclan as the transparent she cat tried her best to not break down Inhibitorshine walked into mossclan camp. Or, at least what used to be camp. She only knew it to be camp because of the high rock. The only memory that hadnt been scorches by the flames. She padded around, trying to find anything recognisable. The nursery, where she had met Pigeonstar, where she had snuggled with Lavendermist, where Furrykit had last taken a breath. Gone, lost to the ash. The apprentice den, the warrior den, where she had met so many cats and had spent long nights just talking. Burnt, nothing but a few sticks surviving. She shifted, heading towards the hidden space she and Pigeonstar had used. She stared, a singular tear slipping down her face as she stared at the charred rocks that remained from the hideout. She sucked in a hard breath and suddenly she was running, a flash of silver through the greyed surroundings. Not that anyone would see her. She slammed to a stop, seemingly frozen as she stared. The place where Lav had ask for a chance. A chance to be something more to her than just a friend. The place where she had said yes. Incinerated, just like everything else. It hurt, seeing these things. Yet she kept moving, taking in the remains that had once been her home. Then came the final straw. Where Lav and Sweetcloud had proposed. Where she had gained two mates, cats she cared about deeply who were taken from the world all too soon. It had been torched, consumed by the greedy flames. A scream tore put of her throat, filled with anger and grief, unheard except for the potential ghost also wandering. "Why?" Her voice shifted from a scream to a sob "You were supposed to protect the clan, not destroy it!" She cried out, not caring that the feline the words were directed towards could not hear her. Her head hung low and she seemed deflated. What was there for her to do? Except... perhaps take a page out of Lav's book. Harshness was never in her nature Grudges she never held Revenge was not her specialty But this was a wrong that ran deeply into her soul. If Lavendermist had made it to leader, this would not have happened. She knew who to blame for this. Her head lifted, hardness in her eyes as she stared at the remains of mossclan "Watch your back. You've made some powerful enemies" she whispered before she popped out of the living world. Forgotten, but not gone
