hey guys, I think it's about time I explain why I quit Scratch. I know many of you guys were excited and eagerly awaited the release of my Nintendo Switch Simulator. however, right around the release, some family stuff popped up, and Scratch was dying at the same time. ever since, I've lost my motivation and moved on to python and my own personal life. I'm very sorry for those of you who waited so long for my project. I never had the time nor the motivation ever since last Christmas. now that I'm 16, I have many more responsibilities and things to do that are more important than coding on Scratch. between caring for my parrots, getting a job and a car, managing my high school classes, and planning for college, I simply don't have enough time to devote to this website. on a more positive note, however, I have taken on a huge passion for digital art and animation. this new passion, along with getting two adorable parrots (green cheek conures named ari and tiko, I drew them and put them on the project!) means I don't have much free time for this site. especially when the community is dying and all of my favorite creators are leaving, too. so, this isn't necessarily a final goodbye, and I will continue to check in monthly and post updates occasionally, but it is, unfortunately, the end of my coding adventure on Scratch. I hope you guys understand the situation and have fun making projects of your own. please ask me any questions you have (I'll try to respond within a week or two), but I guess I'll see yall around :) off topic vent: I love my birds ari and tiko so much ahhhhhhhh!!!!! if there's ever a fire in my house, they have priority over everything, including my own life haha if you have any questions about my birds or just parrots in general, pleaseeeeeeee ask. I love my little parrots more than anything else in the world and they love to snuggle up against my neck on my shoulder when I'm animating or drawing. It's so cute! I love my boyfriend <3
