A basic life sim with 4 types of organisms: prey, predators, apexes and bushes. At the start of the sim, 32 Bushes, 24 Prey, 16 Predators and 8 Apexes spawn. Every organism (except bushes) has a max Energy of 15, and reaching that max allows them to reproduce. They also all gain 3 Energy from eating. Bushes are simple organisms that grow 1-10 fruits every 0-20 seconds. When having fruits, they cannot grow more. Growing a batch of fruits takes up 1 Resource, and a Bush has from 15-30 Resources before making any fruits. Reaching 0 Resources makes a bush die. When they have fruits for more than 0-20 seconds, they have a 1 in 15 chance to reproduce 1-5 clones of themself in a nearby radius, that grows farther by the size of the original bush. Prey are creatures that are either lime, green, or turquoise. They speed up by 2.8x when being chased by a Predator or when sensing a fruit. Their diet is fruits, and they make 3-5 Offspring. Predators are creatures that are either orange, yellow, or lime. They speed up by 1.4x when being chased by an Apex or when sensing Prey. Their diet is Prey, and they make 2-4 offspring. Apexes are creatures that are either pink, red, or orange. They do not speed up when chasing Predators. Their diet is Predators, and they make 1-3 offspring. Offspring have half the vision radius and speed of an adult organism, and grow 35% in size when growing up. Enjoy!
