i used chrome canvas for the lineart and sketching I used scratch for colouring and (a new one) kleki for shading!! I highly recommend kleki, its free and is SO HELPFUL when shading and has NO ADDS!! u can tell I'm going art crazy when I'm happy about the lack of adds.
