melody_preface || hi! I’m melon, a self taught artist and scratch roleplayer. I’ve been in gens gens for a bit over a year and have had 4 characters. I’m a rather cautious type, and have never, ever rolled for my characters to do anything that could get them k1lled, never. I thought this was worth noting as I’m not the type to instantly oof a cat || like I said earlier, I’ve owned four gens characters, two of which made it to elder age and two of which oofed as appies. My first character was fairyflypaw, who was basically my tool for figuring out how to roleplay and how it worked. Second was Koelwatcher, who was named after Koelstar. She was one of my most successful characters and was friends with Cornflowerstem. Third is Branchshatter, the daughter of Koelwatcher. They were autistic (at least I wanted her to be) and lived a pretty normal life, they oofed in opaquestar’s rebellion while fighting for arachnidstar. Lastly, is Regalpaw, my character who oofed in the weekly updates today. I was aiming to get the deer with her but she oofed before 24 moons. Unfortunately, there’s no stopping bad rng || Lunarkit || I would like Lunarkit because I absolutely adore her design and her vibe. She feels like the moodiest cat but has such a charming vibe. The instant I saw her, my brain just started screaming “emo sassy sausage!!!” || bi, they\her, les || (+) quick to act, deductive, smooth-talking, good actor, good planner (=) awesome liar and secret keeper, not very open (doesn’t like others getting involved in her life) (-) overly negative sometimes, pushes people away without knowing, not very social, very critical, super easily annoyed || Lunar is a quick to act and not very social cat. They can be very negative and/or critical to others with her often pushing them away without realising they are doing so. Apart from that, they are a very good liar and secret keeper, not liking others getting too actively involved in her life as they are easily annoyed. Lunar is also a good actor, often being able to deduct what people are thinking/feeling without them telling her, they don’t use this for good most of the time though - to her saying things to make others feel even worse is better. If a they get to know a cat better though, they will try her best to be a bit more tolerable… though relationships with others outside of her family and group never seem to get very far, often ending rather quickly in fact. This may be partially due to the fact they find anyone younger than them “a nuisance who should mind their own business.” || bobtails can affect cats in many ways. Firstly, they can cause many problems related to the spine and nervous system due to having a shorter tail. Some of these include spinal deformities, arthrit1s, hip dysplas1a and bladder/ bowel control. However, not every bobtail cat has these issues, most of them living healthy with normal lifespans. (Hip displays1a is more common amongst American bobtails)! // not many at the moment! Will try to make them tuff though // I really I don’t get jinxed and have lunar oof like .5 seconds if I get them…
