Skeptic is actually Galaxy's sister, and they were sent to earth as kittens in a small rocket. but, the rocket was flown off corse and Skeptic got blasted into a planet called Weingo, she felt lost and alone without her sister, until a group of Weingo's, (pretty much dogs with horns) took her in and raised her, now the memory of Galaxy is very faint, but a deep longing rests for her sister.
