Adding or coloring in the background will give you a better chance at winning, so will animation and effect, it's not a requirement though. Don't criticize other's entrees ad if you have something negative to say, just don't say it. You may use any other program or website for this if you wish such as FireAlpaca, Paint Tool SAI, Pixlr, Lunapic, Picmonkey, and so on. OH GOD THIS TOOK SO LONG! I messed up a little on Sans, but I guess it looks ok.... ITS ALRIGHT I GUESS. It's got white spots here and there but im too lazy ok?!
