-CH 1- -Bassie Bloomington . . .- Bassie smiled. Eggson was recovering from the . . . incident fairly quickly. Cocoa was missing, but Bassie didn’t have any problems with that. 'Why do I hate her?' Bassie always thought. 'Because she thinks she’s the best one here.' 'Right?' Bassie had no reason to complain about Cocoa. She gave everyone bonbons, and helped with Eggson’s recovery, and stole medkits from Cosmo and sprout’s hideout. The Easter floor was in good shape; due to the lack of twisteds making it there. Flyte had barricaded the elevator door with fallen tree logs. If they needed, there was another way for the Easter toons to get off of their floor. Eggson, (before the incident), had picked the lock to the employee’s only room. There were stairs in that room, leading to the lobby! Flyte was giving Eggson the last of the bonbons when Bassie heard a bark. 'Pebble?' No. Pebble had been twistified long ago. A silhouette of Coal was visible, and Bassie stared at it for a long time. "Coal! Where did you run off to?" A voice called sternly. "Bobette?" Bassie cried faintly. Bobette turned to look at Bassie, then smiled widely. "Bassie! Oh, do I have plans for you!" Bassie woke up in a dark room. She could see faint colors - reds and greens. 'Am I at the Christmas floor?' She thought tiredly. She was lying on a soft bed. She didn’t remember there being beds in the Christmas floor. 'Maybe Bobette made beds for comfortable sleeping. She’s really good with her hands,' Bassie thought concluding her brainstorming. "Awake?" Bassie heard Bobette said while the cheerful bauble flicked on the light. Bassie didn’t think Bobette was acting suspicious. Although she had bonked her on the head with a broken bottle, she concluded it was just self defense. She probably thought Bassie was a twisted. Most likely. Bassie felt the top of her head. Black blood was trickling out, and she started to feel dizzy. Bobette suddenly looked alarmed. "Oh let me get that for you, dearest!" She said quickly while hurrying over to the basket. She shuffled through a bag next to her and brought out a medkit. She opened it and carefully wrapped a bandage around Bassie’s wound. "There you go, sweet pea." Bassie was used to Bobette calling her "dearest" and "sweet pea." This was because Bobette was ten years older than her. Also, it reminded her of Eggson. Bobette chuckled. "I suppose you want to meet the rest of the crew," she said softly. Bassie looked at her with a small smile. "I suppose I would."
