(aka I've been on hiatus for so long I gotta wrap up some plot points quick) ORDER OF EVENTS: First meeting (semi-roplayed) Training Starts Doubts Start to Brew Harsher Training + Manipulation Confrontation!!! (to be rped) -- FIRST MEETING -- As detailed during the bits that were written for this point, Stripesnap comes across and weak and feeble, unable to do harm or wrong. He passes himself off as as guide sent from StarClan, and tells Cranepaw that she is safe in his presence. He goes on to make an offer; he can help Cranepaw grow and make her kin and clan proud. He really pushes it, saying she would be more respected, more adored, if she could just prove herself. Feeding into insecurity, Stripesnap wins her over. -- TRAINING STARTS -- Stripesnap is careful at first, his training seemingly normal. First he focuses on camouflage, how to hide your scent to prevent getting caught trespassing (or as he says.. getting caught by prey). Then its battle techniques, but with his own twist. He informs Crane over and over again all the best areas of a cats body to attack, what will ki// a cat the fastest. Along with normal stealth, and some manipulative tactic advice, he's training her to become the perfect pawn. -- DOUBTS START TO BREW -- Stripesnap's facade starts to slip, the calm meadow he had been meeting Cranepaw in within the dream world is starting to wilt, giving away to the truth. But it's subtle. Even Stripesnap himself is becoming less like he portrayed, seemingly snapping at random, turning away to cough more frequently. Keeping the facade is taxing on his body, but he keeps it up for a bit longer. (room to add Crane thoughts here!) -- HARSHER TRAINING -- Stripesnap stops caring about Crane safety during things like sparing. Even at some point, while teaching her tactics he picked up in the Thunderclan/ShadowClan war (from back in his lifetime), he ends up battering her pretty good. Yet, nothing obvious yet, he's still slightly cautious.. He's more mocking with his words, there's a glint in his eyes and he stops looking as weak as he used to be. He coughing even more frequently than before, coughing up *blue*. Old scars appear across his body... this isn't a StarClan cat. Far from it. -- CONFRONTATION!!!! -- To be written :D (And of course, Sapling can add or retcon any details she'd like. I can also expand on any of these plot points at any time </3)
