Universal 42s are characters I created for a story of my own, although I'm also using them for an RP just because It's fun <3 Lore: When the universe was created, people has already gained abilities beyond mortal life. They gained abilities through different means, and the abilities vary depending on the user. To regulate and control all of these "Abilitors", The universe came up with a list, and ranked everyone based on destructive power. (Harmless) - Their ability cannot deal any damage and they are WEAK. (Low-level threat) Their abilities can be annoying but easily manageable even for mortals. (Medium-level threat) These people are where most individuals lie. Their abilities can cause annoyances throughout the city but are stopped by police or other Abilitors. (High-level threat) These people start to get dangerous, being able to level down buildings and structures. (Regional threat) These Abilitors can start to wreck countries with their abilities, breaking national low on their planet. (Continental threat) These individuals have abilities that can decimate an entire population, as they are wanted by the entire planet. (Planetary threat) These Abilitors have abilities strong enough to destroy planets. They have strict restrictions on their powers and special space forces are created to stop rogue Planetary threats. (Interstellar threats) These Abilitors wreak havoc on galaxies with their powers, Destroying and creating new life with a flick of a wrist. They are so destructive, that sometimes when they lose control, they even get into trouble with... (Universal threats/Universal 42) There are only 42 Individuals capable of being a Universal Threat, and their ability and skill alone can cause trouble on the universe, therefore they have the highest level of power among all Abilitors. They meet at a summit once a year to discuss about all the Abilitors and the course of action for the entire universe. According to legend, the top 3, Core, Noobie and Evolution, all battled each other and the dawn of time, and what ended was a final clash of power from the three strongest individuals, creating a phenomenon we call "The Big Bang" Universal 42's, are feared by all, especially the top 3.
