helllloooo!!! i am nikolai/niko, i use he/him, and i am usually most active on the account @niikolaiq !! as previously stated, i am more active on my alt account, despite this being my main. though after some pondering, i decided i wanted to be promoted here! (if i get promoted) this is a small about me section, the big stuff we continued in the next few pages!! okay! onto the start of the important stuff~ i am not comfortable with sharing my age due to fear of being doxxed, but i am 14-17 !! my timezone is EST, and i'm usually on weekdays from 2pm - 5pm aswell as nights 10pm - 2am! i've been on gaehive for a year or so, though not always active. i've been super active recently, though! why i would be a good manager! 1. i am usually good with handling drama and know when there's something off with the hive (drama under the surface) 2. i address issues directly. if there is somebody doing something against the rules, i will tell them, and i will make sure to not wait to close the studio when spammers hit. 3. i am relatable to the average gaehivian! why i would be a bad manager! 1. i am biased towards my friends. for those i am friendly with, i will be more hesitant to punish or remind of rules. 2. i am reliable until i'm not. sometimes i'll randomly disappear and do something else on accident due to me likely getting distracted. 3. sometimes i can be passive. though i am not most of the time, with personal drama i am willing to fawn. why i want to be a manager! i genuinely want to help the other managers out, mostly. i've seen that a lot of people in the hive and out of the hive have been making fun of the managers or criticizing them to an extreme. i mostly just want to take the load off and help out a bit, even if it's small. i specifically want to enforce certain rules, specifically rule 6, as many people flat out ignore it. what sets me apart! to be honest, i am nothing too different than the average gaehivian except for the fact that i want to make sure the studio is at peace and that the current managers aren't too stressed. i just hope to make gaehive a better place. perhaps one thing i could say is that i am often online on "dead times" (right when people get home fr om school or are leaving school and late at night). what i would improve! i would make sure rules are respected and followed to the best of my ability! especially rule 6. i would also want to provide resources and help with gaehivians in trouble. if i am promoted, i will not let anyone have a crisis without me supporting them or giving them resources. i believe this is especially important on the hive and not talked about enough. i want to limit drama aswell and specifically reinforce that you cannot continue outside drama in gaehive. my recommendations!! (Matt!!) has been good for discussing topics on gaehive and making sure that people are reminded of rules. because of this, i think he'd be a good manager ! (Kyun) is very responsible and i believe that she would be a good manager. also, i heard that she was a manager before so that will help. (citrus) would also be a good fit! he's specifically relatable and popular among most gaehivians, as well as being responsible!!!
