Remember the slightly derpy 8 bit shooter I made? This is what I wanted to turn it into. WASD to walk < and > to look around, and Q+W to sprint, and space to shoot. Turn speed adjusts how quickly you turn using < and >. The little number in the bottom corner is an ammo counter, you will reload automatically when it reaches 0. The brown stuff on the zombies is DIRT, the gray is RUBBLE, and the black stuff is the zombie infection itself so please don't report this thinking they're something else! >:(
I need some help debugging this sci-fi, FPS, horror game. I followed the 3D Griffpatch tutorial exactly but I ended up with this glitchy mess of a game when I coded entities going behind walls and spawning more than 1 entity and no matter how much debugging I did and checking over my work, I couldn't find the source of the glitches. If someone would please tell me what I did wrong I'd be thankful and feel free to make better background music while you're at it, IDK how to compose good music on scratch. This same exact thing happened last time I tried to make an actual good game and I don't want to have to abandon this project too. Thank you for reading. Side note: Sorry the audio still sounds bad, I recorded everything using random stuff I had lying around including an old toy helicopter, a Nerf blaster, and a toy fireworks projector I found in an old box. Plus my microphone isn't the best for recording sounds from other speakers which is why it sounds like it's underwater.
