Turkey are the largest galliformes in North America. They are omnivorous, feeding on, both, plants and small animals. They tend to be social, found in flocks of a few to a couple dozens, as well. They can also fly exceptionally fast, in short bursts, and run quickly. Their sense of hearing and sight is phenomenal, even for their size.
