Plot: When the Noo-Noo's Naughty schemes end up getting caught on camera by the Teletubbies, he ends up getting sent to Dr Wood's training program, and the worst of all, he'll be forced to break out of his naughty schemes! Will the Noo-Noo face his punishment, or will he learn to be himself (although naughty but a clever vacuum) with help from Duckster's latest invention (The vacuum translator), and some Tubby Tools from TubbDub? Tubby Tools in this episode: Microphone (USED LAST): To reveal Dr Wood's true colours to the public. Picture Frame (USED FIRST): To help the Noo-Noo remember the Teletubbies, although he was so Naughty in the first place. Tubby Toast (USED SECOND): For the Noo-Noo to use as his lunch before the show starts. Mystery Tubby Tool (Yes and No buttons, USED THIRD): To help the Noo-Noo answer the Dr Wood Show's quiz.
