Click the screen for a surprise Bob was a blob. He wandered the world cuz he had nothing better to do. One day he found a weird package in a town, he ate it. It tasted very good, turns out, it was an explosive. The townsmen cheered for him but he didn't really care, after all, he was a blob. He liked tasty things so he continued traveling the world but now, he eats all the explosives he can find. Later he ventured within the Sanctum's walls, he stayed there for a bit. Bob chose the sanctum because many people wanted to assassinate the High Arbiter and it often involved explosives. The High Arbiter didn't mind, why would they? Some random blob eating explosives and thrawting assassination attempts couldn't do much harm. So the High Arbiter let him take up residence in their city for free as long as Bob wished.
He can spit out explosives, he eats gunpowder and other explosives/flammable stuff as food. He can mold plastic explosives from his blobby form at the expense of getting really hungry and getting smaller (which he can compensate for by eating).
