(wait this low-key looks fire) Hello and Jumalan Terve! This week was, to say at least, wild. I started to wear the Laestadian headscarf while praying (it makes me feel so comfortable), I get to skip my finals (except my political science final :/), I got a few new accomidations at school, and I somehow got time to draw This is a drawing of a folkdräkt (region folk dress) from Hälsingland in Central Sweden. Hälsingland is a region known its folk music (the most popular example being "Hårgalåten") and 18th-19th century homes known as Hälsingegårdar, which were built by rich farmers in order to show off. The Hälsingland folkdrat is pretty simple, so I was able to finish within a few days. The most complicated part was coloring the flower crown and the details on the belt. Also, Please note that this is the 1800s model and not the 1900s model, the 1900s model looks NOTHING like this one.
