( PLEASE READ!!!) in case something might seem off like why does she have a bunch of hair that isn't really candle related?! well that's because in dw ( DANDYS WORLD) in a lower part of the building ( the event toons are there as well) toons that weren't up too Delilah's fitting were separated from "well-made" toons and they were called "rejects" and they were only in the show for a year before getting replaced by the better toons. Delilah didn't like them because either they had too much hair didn't look much like the object they were supposed to be personality wasn't right or was too much to handle some of them were born too young and wouldn't age some of them had too much life like clothing, so that's why my dw ocs would look a bit off hope you understand my AU!
