Waste (Terence Carter) Is Rodger Xavier's brother-in-law and former best friend and comrade. They worked together in the marine corps for years and formed a close bond. Terence was the one to amputate the arm of Rodger in the devastating war against Japan in 2611 when he lost it, forming even greater of a bond between the two. Until the fatal day when Rodger accidentally pushed Terence into a vat of experimental chemicals developed by the Chinese during an operation to clear the area of civilians during a meltdown that they were sent to deal with. Luckily, Terence survived due to earlier genetic experimentation. after his wife left him and took his daughter due to his mangled form, he sought to take everything from Rodger, going so far as to slaughter Rodger's wife and throw his son off of a building in front of him.Terence was sent to prison... but when he looks in the mirror and sees his disfigured face... he remembers his goal and why he hates Rodger... his one goal being... to make him suffer... Appearance: Waste is an adult male with pale white skin and green eyes and hair. his hair stands messy and spiky with a dark green hue to it. under his gas mask, his face is horribly disfigured. his flesh has melted away, revealing a quarter of his skull, which has been stained green. he has a distinct scar over his left eye, causing it to be forever useless. he stands at a towering 6'6 and wears two tanks of gas on his back. he usually wears a suit of dark green and black armor, which also serves as life support. he has a muscular frame and has multiple concealed weapons on him at all times. Personality: He's a sadistic, sociopath with a great intellect and a deep hatred for anything but himself. he takes joy in the pain of others and serves as a great leader.
