SPOLIERS AHEAD! Story Down here All the animatronics want to kill you except for Baby who is trying to prevent the other animatronics from doing that. She tries to protect you by killing the other animatronics and sending them to the scooper which is a machine that takes apart the shell of the Sister Location animatronics. She takes them all to the scooper to be "skinned" when she is done with the skinning she tells the animatronics Ennard did it.. She then asks you to go to the scooper room in night 5 where she then betrays you and has you skinned (yes its as gruesome as it seems) then she then steals you skin to hide in. The reason she wants your skin is because she is going to hide in it to not get dismantled by the workers since (if you played the Baby minigame) she kills the small girl at the end of it. This girl was most likely Purple Guy's daughter and Baby couldn't control herself and killed her since all the animatronics in the FNAF series know about Purple Guy (Purple Guy is a Psychotic child killer). In the alternate ending you can go to the private room which then Ennard will try to get to you (most likely to steal your skin so he can hide, since Friday is when all the broken animatronics get dismantled). You will then play the classic FNAF Gamemode to try to prevent Ennard from reaching you. When you survive you will head back to your home all safe and sound, when Ennard suddenly appears in your home, he probably wants to have a safe place to stay so he doesn't get dismantled.
