when a customer comes, pay very close attention to the chat box. it will say what they want, but only for half a second! every once in a while, a special character appears. they give 3 points instead of 1. spaces are mandatory if what they want contains one! if you get even 1 wrong, you lose! however, answers are not case-sensitive!
