I am in GMT time zone so I am often active during early mornings for me. I love animals, weaving and baking! I am usually on intermittently from 9am to 9pm in my respective timezone correlating with my free lessons at school and after schoolwork at home. I am 17 years old and study A-Levels of History, Philosophy and English Literature, all of which I adore and would VERY happily chat about to anyone! I think I would be a good manager because I am often on during the lesser busy times of my morning helping to keep chat alive and also the much busier times of my evening meaning I can help manage when its much harder and more managers are required to supervise chat. I also am trying to be more well known by making for example the Gaehive birthday list and the playlist hoping to help the Gaehive feel like a more inclusive enviroment for everyone to be part of Negatives of me being a manager are simply i am to a few people associated with an old member. For obvious reasons i will not go into this but i will mention it because if you know you know and it is a negative i must be truthful about. This could cause some unease but i don't see it causing too much? I don't know thats for the current managers to decide. *cont in notes*
*cont* I want to be a manager because I've seen a lot in three years of the managers being represented negatively but this is so NOT true. I want to help build respect for the managers who work so hard. I love the way they fix problems with new systems and new solutions and want to help by being a part of that. Its hard to tell what sets me apart from other candidates but everyone is different and has their own benefits. I hope to have the benefits wanted in the fact i have been on the Gaehive a while and have seen how it works and stayed even through the harder times. If i was promoted i would continue to help build ideas that unite and reduce conflict in the Gaehive such as my previous mentioned ideas such as the birthday list and playlist. Of course I would do this anyway but I believe being a manager would assist me in getting more cooperation from other members and better ideas from a wider range in the community. Two members i would LOVE to see promoted are because she is so kind and understanding and because i often see them on helping everyone feel better and keeping the community a safe space for all.
