Godzilla Earth: In terms of setting, Godzilla is a ferocious Godzilla, possessing the highest level of strength among all the Godzillas in the series that has continued for nearly 70 years. Limited to visual media, he is considered the strongest, excluding the outlier Godzilla Ultima.[15] His defensive capabilities and heat ray power are also said to be formidable. In a short 16 years, he unilaterally defeated countless monsters that threatened human civilization, decimating a mere 700 million people worldwide and wreaking havoc that ultimately brought down entire civilizations. Even with the technological support of alien civilizations stationed on Earth, Godzilla was said to be invincible, even if other monsters were untouchable. Ultimately, he became the primary reason humanity abandoned Earth. More detailed specifications revealed on the official website and in the novels include that his body is composed of metallic plant cells and that he emits electromagnetic pulses from his body. The heat rays emitted from its mouth are not the radiant heat rays of the original Godzilla, but rather a charged particle cannon, officially known as a high-velocity charged particle beam (高加速荷電粒子ビーム), commonly known as "heat rays." These charged particle cannons possess the destructive power to completely obliterate mountains and large cities with just one or two shots. In fact, the novel depicts the entire city of Los Angeles being obliterated with just one or two shots of the heat rays, as well as a mountain and its underground US military facility. Its power is likely even stronger now, as evidenced by the shockwaves being five times stronger. However, it does not appear to have the ability to fire multiple heat rays like Shin Godzilla.[16] Its defenses are far superior to those of any previous Godzilla. Even a 150-round nuclear bombardment by the US military, with TOT bombardment, proved ineffective. Even a 2,000-round nuclear bombardment by the Earth Alliance was reportedly resurfaced after a mere one-year hiatus, remaining unharmed. The excessive use of nuclear weapons created a new massive fault in the Himalayas, trapping Godzilla beneath, but the heat ray destroyed the crust and freed him. Godzilla's invincibility stems from the formation of an asymmetrical penetrating shield using his electromagnetic pulses and the amplifying organs on his back. As long as this shield exists, Godzilla is portrayed as invincible. Even when 150 or 2,000 nuclear rounds were used against a smaller Godzilla, 50 meters away, they failed to kill him, suggesting a truly formidable defense. However, if a large number of attacks are concentrated in a single area, the shield will generate noise for a very short period of time, 1/10,000 to 1/35,000 of a second. If this gap is exploited to destroy the amplifying organs on his back, the shield will be unusable until the organs regenerate. In the film, this weakness is exploited to neutralize Godzilla Filius' shield and unleash his electromagnetic pulses to kill him. However, this method does not work on Godzilla Earth, who has grown incredibly large and powerful over 20,000 years.
