I can't- I just got spacers for my expanders and I HATE IT!!!! IT FEELS LIKE THERE'S SOMETHING STUCK IN MY TEETH I JUST WANT IT OUTTTTT! ok- ok. Imagine if you were eating a piece of chicken and a string of meat got stuck in your teeth. Totally annoying, right? WELL, NOW IMAGINE FOUR OF THOSE IN YOUR BACK TEETH AND YOU CAN'T EVEN MESS WITH THEM OR TAKE THEM OUT!!! I HATE ITTTTTTTTT. can anyone send mental help because it's taking everything not to rip these outttttt
