Why would I be a great manager for the Hive? I’m actively chatting in the Hive every day for at least an hour . I enjoy chatting with other members about LGBTQ+ related topics, and being supportive. I prioritize making sure everyone feels seen, heard, loved, and cared about. What are the downsides of me being a manger? I may be offline 1-2 days every 2-3 months or so due to travel, work ect.... I may add too many new members too quickly, and that could potentially bug the whole server. What sets me apart from other candidates? I speak five different languages: Spanish, English, German, Mandarin, and Japanese I Pay extra attention to every last detail I’m almost always Active in the hive. I always give my all for everyone around me, and be a safe space for all What would I Improve for the hive if I was chosen? Faster removal times for inappropriate comments projects.
