Checks if you've run the project before, it's very simple. It translates a string, which stores it in the cookies. If you've seen the project before, the text will be translated instantly (On the first run it takes a bit to load the cookie though, but after it's loaded it starts taking 0 seconds again). If you haven't, the text will take some time to translate, which means this is your first time translating the text.
Currently debugging because I remember this method working but it doesn't seem to work 100% of the time
