I've been extremely busy with school and my varsity sports, tennis and basketball. I have FINALLY shifted my focus onto my comics, and I will slowly share them on this website!!^^ Currently, I am working on two comics. Some of you may have seen my older projects like the OC Art + Lore Drop from "Sky Biscuit"! That comic went on a very long hiatus and I even unshared the prologue to edit some panels (but I am planning on starting that comic up again!!) So guys, any improvements??? I think I only cooked on the hair and didn't spend much time on the body or shading... ;w; LORE DROP (backstory): Captain Slee's full name is Captain Rie Slee-Zhong, one of the 9 Pirate Lords. Captain Slee is known as the "Balancer" due to her great loyalty and as the middle ranked Pirate Lord. She also is the Wind Command Lord. She has the ability to control the speed of wind and use it as a shield or offensive attack like blowing people and strikes away from her and creating balls of wind to shoot at. Captain Slee's mother is Chinese while her father is Arabic, but she was born in Singapore. Captain Slee became a Pirate Lord after her parents and their whole island, Ervice was slaughtered by the Pirate Emperor, Lord Aaron Lesbore and his crew, the Command. Captain Slee's wind ability that she inherited from her father grew stronger as she got older, even though she didn't train much with it. Lord Lesbore told her that it was because of the Pirate Lord immortal seal. Once you agree to become a Pirate Lord, you must be alive at the age of 25 to become immortal. After becoming immortal, there is nothing that can kill except for accepting your own death or getting stabbed in heart while be kissed by the one you love. When Captain Slee turned 25, all the Pirate Lords celebrated and she became much stronger quickly and immortal now. As a test, Lord Lesbore decides to let Captain Slee invade a village called Alaiko and kill everyone. Captain Slee agrees, and takes some of the Command crew onto her own ship. After a three day sail, they find Alaiko and begin to bomb it. Fire starts to burn the village and then Captain Slee spots a young boy with a Electricity ability fighting off her crewmen. She is impressed and decides to take him in as her valued prisoner. She learns the boy's name is Edward Xin, and that some crewmen have taken his love one, Han, the chief village's only daughter and Edward's three year old daughter, Hana onto her ship. Captain Slee sees no use in Hana since she is too young and throws her into the ocean. Han gets angered and attacks Captain Slee, but she dodges quickly and stabs Han in the stomach with her sword. Han falls to the ground as whispers her last words, "Hana is exactly like you, Edward...sweet, gentle, and strong by heart and blood..." Edward screams in grief as he sees his dead girlfriend on the ground, bleeding out. He turns to Captain Slee with a bamboo staff and fights her, but then his older twin siblings, Verona and Tate Xin tell him to go save Hana from drowning and that they will deal with Captain Slee. Blinded with grief and revenge, he kisses Han on the cheek before diving into the ocean. He thinks about just drowning himself, so that he can see Han in the afterlife, but then remembers about his daughter, Hana who still has her own life. Edward swims in the ocean currents until he finds Hana and drags onto a tiny island to breath and rest. Edward and Hana live on the island for a few months, surviving on whatever they can find, but then a ship shows up which turns out to be Lord Lesbore, the Pirate Emperor. He offers a deal to Edward, telling him if he becomes a Pirate Lord, he will spare Hana's life and protect them at all costs. Edward agrees, but not because of Lord Lesbore's conditions, but the fact Edward wants to get his revenge on Han's death. Edward has his first Pirate Lord meeting, and sees Captain Slee there. She gets shocked when she sees him there, and questions his whereabouts. Lord Lesbore explains the situation which makes Captain Slee annoyed and worried, smart enough to know Edward will do something to her for killing Han...
