Use WASD or up and down arrow keys to move BOTH of the paddles. Press START and press space to release the ball.
-----------------IMPORTANT------------------- You must press start before pressing space otherwise it will not work. Press the green flag to reset. In the Options menu, Slow Ball is selected automatically and the ball will stay the same speed the whole game. If you select Fast Ball, the ball will get faster every time it hits a paddle. If you select Fast Ball, you cannot switch back to Slow Ball without pressing the green flag again.
