Yes, I do know a (female) Frillish Isn't that color, but it mutated that way. (Don't worry, when it goes back to normal, its OG pink color will replace the current one. I will make a little animation of some mutating back to normal and back into the rampage monster.)
It's been found out that all kinds of scum labs products that should be used on Pokémon (e.g. the potion) also, had negative effects! This one in particular was one of those. DAMN! Is there no end to this rampage?
