i swear this worked just press the cat or "c" to chat! Please do not break Scratch's rules! I plan on making the actual chat better but a list works fine for now. You need to be a scratcher in order to use this system. You can grab the text coder for your own projects by backpacking the "Coder Source" sprite. Working on a banning system that can ban people for 3 days, unless they get banned by scratch.
