Detailed ver: they are always calm and observant- noticing most details others tend to not bother with. They are also a perfectionist and morally rigid- which, makes them rather relentless in correcting what they see as flaws. With them being so soft-spoken, it helps them manipulate others without a high chance of them even realizing.
