Lore behind this version: Luroco and Hanson (his best friend) were hanging out one day until Hanson failed Miss Thavels test, so Miss Thavel chased him in the halls and set gas in the vents so he couldn't hide, and when she found him she ripped his body into pieces. Luroco, in a state of grief, remembered what Hanson told him. "Be strong, because when I'm gone I can't protect you from physical harm." So that's what Luroco did, he got stronger and harsher. So basically Luroco in this pov is telling another student to "suck it up" since he doesn't care anymore. (Bonus:Hanson's arm is in the backround.)
